Shipping fees
We deliver and pickup free of charge, if you are located in Greater Montréal Region.

To our clients outside of the Greater Montréal Region, the shipping expenses are to your load.

Our products are shipped using Canpar, FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post services. These expenses are to your load, unless a previous arrangement with us is negotiated if you order a substantial quantity of products. Please note that we will add the exact shipping fees to your order.

  • Order two cartridges,  shipping fee = $10
  • Order three or more cartridges, shipping fee is free

We also accept your couriers services, please specify your courier service and account number when ordering, and we will ship the goods with your courier service.

Taxes
Taxes are applied as follows at buying times.

• Shipping to Canada, everywhere except Québec: 7.0% GST
• Shipping to Canada, Québec: 7.0% GST + 7.5% QST
• Shipping to USA and anywhere else from Canada: TAX FREE

Parcels are sent F.O.B. Shipping Point. If there is any transit damage, a claim should be filed immediately with the carrier.

Returning merchandise
Authorization is required to return merchandise. Returns must be shipped, freight prepaid, within 30 days of the billing date. Any merchandise returned after the 30-day period will be subject to a penalty of 15% of the total value of the merchandise.

Defective merchandise
Despite all the precautions we take, if any of our products are found to be defective, Laser Corporation will pay transportation costs and replace the merchandise as quickly as possible.

Interest
A 2% monthly interest rate will be charged on any overdue invoices.

Clause of Perfect Information
The customer expressly states to have received from Laser Corporation all information and consulting necessary for the pleasure of the object of its command and gives up seeking its responsibility for this fact.

The Order
To place an order implies whole adhesion and without reserve of the purchaser under these general conditions of sale.

Procedures to be followed
It is necessary to make a request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The cartridge must be turned over directly to Laser Corporation in its packing of origin with copy of the request for Return of goods and your return address.

The forwarding costs of return are with your load.

The distributor assumes the expenses of re-forwarding only of the cartridge of replacement. 

The unit must be turned over such as receipt, and not used, to obtain a refunding with 100%. If it is not the case, only the hardware not used will be refunded excluding the transport charges which are the responsibility of the customer.

Applicable Law
The laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply therein shall govern these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions shall be treated, in all respects, as a contract entered into in Québec. As noted above, you may be subject to other local, provincial and national laws. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Québec for any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement and waive your right to institute legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction. We shall be entitled to institute legal proceedings in connection with any matter arising under this Agreement in any jurisdiction wherein you reside, do business or have assets.
