Warranty Statement
Laser Corporation warrants each kit of cartridge, toner or every item sold to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
Our most rigorous quality control, our constant efforts of
research and development and the perfect impression which results make it possible
for us to guarantee without reserve all our products.
If any cartridge, toner or other item is found to be defective
Laser Corporation will, at its option, replace the item or refund the full purchase price. If for any reason the customer is dissatisfied with the
product, call our Customer Service at 514.345.1234 or 631.225.0909 and Laser Corporation will refund or credit 100% of the purchase price of any unopened or defective merchandise. Laser Corporation also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our
cartridges or toners will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration, to any compatible printers, copiers or fax machines. If any defect in a
Laser Corporation's product causes a printer, copier or fax machine to fail,
Laser Corporation will reimburse the customer for the full amount for the repair of the machine.
This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Laser Corporation
with satisfactory evidence that the machine's failure was due to the defect in our product, including written statement on an authorized service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the company's field service representative. Return of the defective product is required. Any sign of tampering with the product will void this warranty. Concerning color toners, we declare that most generic toners are a close enough match for the originals, in a very few cases color dial adjustment might be necessary to achieve a close
match. Laser Corporation will not offer refunds based on minor color differences. We urge you to consider your real needs before you place an order because,
generally we do not take returns, but if we do, we will charge you a 20% restocking fee.
We will not accept returns after 30 days of invoice for any reason. We will never give you a refund for a bottle of toner that has been opened since we will never sell or use that item again. Laser Corporation's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
