No problem! We buy your empty cartridges! By following these few simple steps when replacing a toner cartridge, you can do your part to help preserve environment:

• Pack your cartridges in their original boxes; make sure they are well packed so they don't get damaged during transport.

• If you do not have the original packaging any more, put them in an opaque black bag, thus, they will be protected from light; deposit then the cartridges in a paperboard box.

• Call our customer service at 514.345.1234 in order to obtain an authorization number as well as the instructions for the return.
