Shipping Address information
Laser Corporation cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Laser Corporation reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses (including hotel or motel guests) without prior payment in full. Laser Corporation reserves the right to ship only to the billing address.

All products sold by Laser Corporation are 100% guaranteed. Laser Corporation will honor the full manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty claims must be made through Laser Corporation customer service department. Merchandise Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If you need to return a product please call or email for a Return Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Within the first 30 days of receipt, returns can be for replacement, refund, or merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Merchandise Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items must be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the Laser Corporation' invoice must be included with all returns for credit. For a full refund, minus shipping and handling, merchandise must be in excellent condition. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice, less any restocking fee. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts and documentation.
